Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend my business?
No. We cannot guarantee that ChatGPT, Perplexity or any other AI tool will name or recommend your business. These tools decide their own answers, change them over time and can give different answers to different people. Anyone who promises a guaranteed AI recommendation is overselling. What we can do is show you what they say today and suggest sensible, honest improvements.
What does the free snapshot include?
We run 5–10 prompts in ChatGPT and Perplexity, based on your business name, town and three main services, the kind of questions a customer might ask. You get screenshots of the answers and a short note on whether you appear, who appears instead, and anything that looks wrong or out of date.
How long does it take?
Usually a few working days from your request. If we are busy we will tell you rather than rush it.
Are you partners with OpenAI or Perplexity?
No. Duddon Digital is independent and has no partnership, endorsement or special access with OpenAI, Perplexity or any other AI company. We use the tools the same way your customers do. ChatGPT and Perplexity are trademarks of their owners and are named only to describe what we check.
What happens after the snapshot?
Nothing, unless you want it to. If you would like a deeper look, we will give you a fixed quote for a paid audit (typically £149–£399, depending on your niche). There is no automatic upgrade and no sales sequence.
